Linda Joy Myers founded the National Association of Memoir Writers in 2008, and brings her knowledge of family therapy, holistic writing craft, and coaching skills to her workshops. She’s passionate about honoring the stories that bring meaning into our lives. She’s taught memoir writing for thirty-five years and is the author of two prize winning memoirs—Don’t Call Me Mother and Song of the Plains as well an award-winning historical fiction, The Forger of Marseille. Her writing craft books include Journey of Memoir, The Power of Memoir, and Becoming Whole.
